Job Expectations:

 

  • Create an elevated customer service experience for passengers on their trip (we'll help you learn how).


  • Provide timely transportation to our clients in the company vehicle with the highest degree of safety and adherence to state laws and company transportation policies at all times.


  • Demonstrate a safe, consistent, and hospitable journey for passengers.


  • Professionally Dress at all times.


  • Open to learning and adjusting and giving ideas, passion and commitment to this role.


  • Operate Vehicles up to 56 passenger's depending  on licensing.

  • Knowledge of your areas or able to operate GPS.

  • Comfortable with technology to use the Driver App at all times.


  • Ensure the safety of passengers when entering and exiting the vehicles under our care.




Qualifications:

 

  • Driver's License/PSC/CDL
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean criminal record
  • Proficiency in English and experience with foreign languages (e.g., ASL, Spanish) are a PLUS, but not required.
  • Expected to lift 20-50 pounds.
  • Customer service experience


 


Job Type:  Part-time or Full-Time Positions


Requirements: Class C/ un-expired Maryland (PSC) Public Service Commission license CDL, Class A or B class valid Maryland driver’s license with a P-endorsement, Air-Brake endorsement along with a valid medical card for CDL drivers.



We require ALL drivers to pass a background check, including drug-screen, prior to employment.

  • All Services

    All listed transportation services are available for use with any vehicle, provided that appropriate passenger accommodations are ensured.  

  • Assigned Chauffeur

    All drivers undergo local and federal background checks through the Public Service Commission.

  • Luggage

    Rideshare companies might not offer luxury or elegance, but we help with luggage and ensure the right vehicle is reserved to fit everything. You can even include up to 2,000 pieces of luggage when requesting a quote or making a booking.

  • Features

    Vehicle features may vary depending on the selection. You can view exact details upon submitting a quote. Most vehicles include Bluetooth, AUX, an ice chest, car seats upon request, red carpet service, and much more!

  • Preferences

    You can update your profile to include temperature preferences, coffee choices, dry cleaning details, and more!
