2. Easily organize and schedule appointments through our convenient online booking site.
3. Answering phone calls and offering support to best meet our clients' needs.
4. Prepare and send out emails, memos, letters, faxes, quotes, and orders.
5. Maintain a filing system.
6. Order office supplies, reading materials, and promotional items.
7. Keep client and customer contact lists up to date.
8. Oversee our marketing and media presence using the provided resources, while following up with clients to confirm transportation schedules and assigned chauffeur dates.
Qualifications
1. A high school diploma or GED is required, and while an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
2. Preferred proficiency in computer and technology use, with efficient training provided for first-time administrators.
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and a problem solver, especially with office equipment, computers and phone usage.
4. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to multitask across multiple roles.
7. You need to be self-motivated and capable of managing yourself within your own abilities!

1. Create an elevated customer service experience for passengers on their trip (we'll help you learn how).
2. Provide timely transportation to our clients in the company vehicle with the highest degree of safety and adherence to state laws and company transportation policies at all times.
3. Demonstrate a safe, consistent, and hospitable journey for passengers.
4. Professionally Dress at all times.
5. Open to learning and adjusting and giving ideas, passion and commitment to this role.
6. Operate Vehicles up to 56 passenger's depending on licensing.
7. Knowledge of your areas or able to operate GPS.
