All passengers MUST be 18 and older and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult!
What can I bring?
You can bring small travel coolers or small carry size bags.
Bus Pickup Locations?
At the time of booking your seat, you will be given the option to choose which pick up location you prefer to depart from. The location will also be provided in your reservation/ticket.

How long is the service?
Prepare for an all day event! Average 12 hours.
Any payment plans?
Yes, all tickets must be paid for 1 month prior to the event. We book our events one- two years out in order to make payment arrangments.
Can I bring food?
Yes, you can bring food that will fit in a small cooler.
Inclement Weather
Barring severe weather such as a hurricane, tornado or tropical storm. If inclement weather cancels the service, you will receive a store credit. You can use this store credit at any time to apply towards any future trips & event. Credit never expires.

Yes, you can inquire for single rooms. The total cost: $1,560.00. We recommend you consider room onboarding to help you find the best room mates to reduce the cost.
Miami FAQ- Transportation Setup
On travel Days for the 16 hour commute. We will make the needed stops (2 Max) since there is a bathroom on board for 15 passenger vehicles we can stop as often as needed!
Are 14 Passenger & Charter Bus Seats Same Price?
Yes, passengers are covering the costs of travel to and from Miami, as well as the expenses for each day spent in Miami, which the charter bus service will not support. This arrangement helps save 15 passenger option/travelers money on Ubers and other transportation options during their Miami stay. However, charter bus passengers will not have that choice unless the entire group travels together, making the various accommodations comparable in price.
Miami Cancelations
There are no refunds for services only a credit that can be used towards future dates of the same service. Cancelations will only apply if Natural disasters.Miami will deem what is a natural disater.

We took a 4-day trip to Miami with Eastern Shore Transportation! The bus was spotless and the experience felt similar to an airport service with added amenities. However, the trip spanned just 4 days, including 2 days of travel, which amounted to about 16 hours each way not including the stops we had to make. The ride was very comfortable, but I think a 5-day, 3-night itinerary would provide ample time for us to explore the city without feeling rushed. I’m not fond of flying, and this trip was a fantastic experience, but that’s my only recommendation!

They delivered excellent service and suggested a trip to Virginia Beach as a complimentary marketing opportunity for those interested. We accepted the offer, and they arranged a shuttle service that allowed each member to book their own ride! We truly appreciate the consistency and reliability Eastern Shore provides! From what I heard, the beach experience was a success for our members!
